Shock Trade for WR Justin Hilton

SPOKANE, Washington (May 7, 2015) - The Shock have acquired receiver Justin Hilton from the Orlando Predators in trade for future considerations.

Hilton (6-2, 195, Indiana State) joins the Shock roster for his third season as a member of the Arena Football League after beginning the 2015 season with Orlando. Hilton saw action in two games with the Predators this season and recorded eight receptions for 99 yards and two touchdowns. During the 2014 season with the Tampa Bay Storm, Hilton recorded 38 receptions for 500 yards and 11 touchdowns in five starts. As a rookie with the Storm in 2013, Hilton saw action in two games as he registered five receptions for 95 yards and two scores. During his senior season at Indiana State, Hilton led the Sycamores with 32 catches for 540 yards and four touchdowns.

In additional transactions for May 7, receiver Braylon Bell has been placed been placed on Refuse to Report.

The Shock will host the Los Angeles Kiss for Week 7 Arena Football League action and for the first-time in franchise history this Friday, May 8 at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena.
