TULSA, Okla. - The Tulsa Shock have waived Amber Dvorak. A center from Drury University, Dvorak averaged 16.2 points and 6.1 rebounds per game, and shot 57.4 percent from the field during her 2014 collegiate season.
The 6'-7" Hinckley, Minn. native was named to the All-Daktronics Midwest Region First Team and the All-Great Lakes Valley Conference First Team in 2014. Dvorak was signed as a free agent to a training camp contract by the Shock on April 21.
In her two preseason games with Tulsa, Dvorak averaged 4.0 points per game and 1.5 rebounds per game.
