SPOKANE, WA - Monday, July 15th at 11:00am Spokane Shock players along with coaches will be practicing at Franklin Park in Spokane, WA.

ABOUT PRACTICE IN THE PARK

Practice in the Park is an annual event hosted by the Spokane Shock. The Shock team will be practicing for their home game that Friday June 19, 2013 against the San Antonio Talons. The Spokane Shock values their community and looks forward to meeting their fans at the park.

Monday, July 15, 2013 from 5:30PM to 7:30PM, Shock quarterback, Arvell Nelson will be leading the YMCA Quarterback Camp at West Valley High School.

Tuesday, July 16, 2013 from 5:30PM to 7:30PM, Shock kicker, Taylor Rowan will be leading the YMCA Kicker Camp at West Valley High School.

Wednesday, July 24, 2013 & Thursday, July 25, 2013 from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Spokane Shock Rockstar Dance Team will host the 2013 JR Shock Dance Clinic at the Spokane Shock Facility.

ABOUT JR SHOCK DANCE CLINIC

The Spokane Shock Rockstar Dance Team is looking forward for their second dance clinic this year. Participants ages 4-16 will be learning a choreographed dance that they will perform during halftime at the Spokane Shock July 26, 2013 home game against the Pittsburgh Power.

All participants will have the opportunity to:

- Learn a dance routine choreographed by Shock Dance Team Director Maggie Kazemba

- Meet, interact with, and be instructed by the Spokane Shock Dancers

- Make lots of new friends while learning about goals, teamwork, and character

- Perform their routine live in front of a sold-out crowd

In addition, each participant will receive:

- Two tickets to the game (1 for the camp participant and 1 for an accompanying adult);

- A Jr. Shock Dancer T-Shirt

- Game Night Promotional Item

- A private autograph session with the Shock Dance Team
