Spokane Shock News Release
SPOKANE, Wash. (October 8, 2014) - The Shock have been assigned wide receiver Braylon Bell and fullback Stanlee Bradley to the 2015 roster.
Bell (6-6, 205, Abilene Christian) joins the Shock for his third year as a member of the Arena Football League after spending last season with the Orlando Predators and Portland Thunder. During 2014, Bell saw action in eight games (started four) on his way to recording 19 receptions for 202 yards and four touchdowns. As a rookie in 2013 with the Utah Blaze, Bell racked up 17 passes for 278 yards and five touchdowns. Bell began his collegiate career at Cisco College (TX) before finishing at Abilene Christian University.
"Braylon is a special player with great size and possesses the ability to go up and get the football," said Shock Head Coach Andy Olson. "He's a great addition to our football team and I believe he has the physical tools to be one of the best in the AFL."
Bradley (6-2, 330, Cumberland) will make his rookie appearance in the AFL with the Shock in 2015. Last season, Bradley was a member of the PIFL Champion Nashville Venom where he played on both the offensive and defensive line and earned Second-Team All-PIF honors after completing his collegiate career at NAIA Cumberland University (TN).
"We are very excited to add a young, athletic big man like Stanlee," said Shock Head Coach Andy Olson. "He was the anchor of the offensive line for Nashivlle and we see him coming in and competing to start right away."
