SPOKANE, Wash. (November 18, 2014) - The Shock have been assigned a trio of rookies to the 2015 roster in receiver Keenan Davis, receiver K.J. Stroud and defensive lineman Will Hunt.

During his collegiate career as an Iowa Hawkeye, Davis recorded 112 receptions for 1,470 yards and seven touchdowns.

K.J. Stroud (6-3, 205, Bethune-Cookman) has been assigned to Spokane's 2015 roster for his inaugural season as a member of the Arena Football League. Stroud most recently spent time with the Canadian Football League's Toronto Argonauts and also the NFL's New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2013. Stroud completed his final two collegiate seasons as a Wildcat, seeing action in 22 games on his way to recording 33 receptions for 423 yards and two touchdowns. Prior to transferring to Bethune-Cookman, Stroud played two seasons and redshirted for his freshman season at Rutgers University.

During his collegiate career as a Buccaneer, Hunt would see action in 40 games on his way to recording 114 total tackles (54 solo), 12 sacks, 23 tackles for loss and four forced fumbles. Hunt's most notable season, despite being cut short due to injury, came during his senior year as he recorded 34 total tackles and five sacks in only seven games.

"All three of these players [Davis, Stroud, Hunt] possess the ability and potential to be starters in this league," said Shock Head Coach Andy Olson. "We're looking forward to seeing all three of them in camp and expect them all to challenge for key roles on our roster."
