Shock Announce Upcoming Dance Team Tryouts

Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock will be holding open tryouts for the 2009 Dance Team on December 5th and December 13th.
The first round of the tryouts will be held in two locations: Pullman on December 5th at the Fieldhouse Conditioning Center (room 201) on Washington State University's campus at 5:30 PM; and in the Spokane Valley on December 13th at the Shock Center (3212 N. Eden Road) beginning at 8 AM.
Registration forms are available now at www.spokaneshock.com. The cost of the try-out is $25. Qualified dancers from each location will be selected to advance to the final round of the tryout, which will be held on January 7th at the Knitting Factory.
Once again, the Dance Team will be directed by Maggie Cahalan who will be returning for her second season with the team. Under Cahalan's direction last season, the Shock Dance Team was named the best in the af2 for the first time in the three-year history of the franchise.
"We had a great team last year and I'm hoping that we have another great group of girls come out for this year's tryout," Cahalan explained.
