Shock Announce 2015 Training Camp Schedule

SPOKANE, WA (February 5, 2015) - The Spokane Shock announced they will open their training camp in preparation for the 2015 Arena Football League season Thursday, March 5 at the Spokane training facility (3212 N Eden Rd. St. B) and will end on Saturday, March 21.

Players report the first two days for physicals and meetings, with the first practice starting at 10:00 AM on March 7 at the Shock practice facility. The first two days of practice will be non-contact with Monday, March 9 as the first day players will wear pads.

Tuesday, March 10 will mark the first official media day for the 2015 season where Shock coaches and players will be available for the interviews following practice. On Thursday, March 12, the Portland Thunder will have a joint practice with the Spokane Shock at the Shock training facility. The joint practice with Portland will be closed to the public.

The training camp roster consists of 35 players who will compete for 24 spots on the opening roster. Final rosters must be turned into the League office by 3 p.m. PT on Saturday, March 21.

All but two training camp practice dates, March 14 and 21, are closed to the public. Season ticket holders will be able to pick up their tickets on Saturday, March 14 during the first cut down day and on Saturday, March 21 during the last cut down day. Season ticket holders are encouraged to watch practice, as well as stay and meet the team for autograph and photo opportunities. Doors will open to season ticket holders at 9 a.m. at the Shock training facility with practice taking place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for both pick up days.

The Shock hosts the home opener for its tenth electrifying season against the Philadelphia Soul on Saturday, April 4 at 7 p.m. at the Spokane Arena (720 W Mallon).

Season tickets for the 10th Electrifying Season are currently on sale with packages starting as low as $99 for all nine (9) Shock home games.
