ROCKVILLE, MD... The Premier Basketball League has announced that Maryland GreenHawks guard Scooter Sherrill has been named to the 2010 PBL All-Second Team and center Michael Anderson has been named to the 2010 All-Third and All-Rookie Teams.

Sherrill was joined by Rochester RazorSharks' guards Melvin Council and Jerice Crouch and Lawton-Fort Sil Cavalry's guard Brandon Dean and forward Tim Ellis to round up the PBL All-League Second Team.

Joining Anderson on the PBL All-League Third Team were Manchester Millrats guard Anthony Anderson, Quebec Keb's forward Samuel Audet-Sow, Rochester RazorSharks guard Keith Friel and Vermont Frost Heaves guard Dwuan Rice and on the PBL All-League Rookie Team were Vermont Frost Heaves center Jared Carter, Manchester Millrats guard Tyrece Gibbs, Halifax Rainmen guard Eric Gilchrese and Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry forward Rashad Woods.

Sherrill finished second in the league in scoring at 21.0ppg while also averaging 4.5rpg, 4.4apg, 1.6spg and shooting a stellar 58.2 percent from the field. Sherrill surpassed the 20-point mark 11 times and the 30-point mark twice throughout the season.

Anderson finished the season leading the league in blocked shots at 3.0 per game including a season high nine blocks on March 12 against Manchester. Anderson also posted averages of 6.5rpg, 4.3ppg while shooting 64.1 percent from the field.
