(Peterborough, ON) - Montreal Canadiens' first round draft pick in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft and long-time NHLer, Shayne Corson , is this week's special guest on Thursday Night Live (TNL) presented by Subway. TNL will air on April 29 at 8:00 pm on the Petes Facebook page .
Throughout the TNL, the Barrie, Ontario native will reflect on winning gold at the 1992 Canada Cup and the 1994 World Championship tournaments, respectively. The three-time NHL All-Star will share his experience playing in 1,156 NHL games with five different NHL teams, in addition to discussing his friendship with Petes Alumni Bob Gainey and Steve Larmer.
Petes fans will be introduced to prospect Stevie Leskovar in the first intermission through the Future Petes video segment. The Cambridge, Ontario defenceman was selected by the maroon and white in the 2020 OHL Priority Selection in the 5th round, 95th overall from the Cambridge Hawks.
During the second intermission, Mackenzie 'Kashaga' Robinson, who made an appearance in the movie Camp Rock 2 drumming alongside Nick Jonas, will be performing his newest single Work It Out .
