
Second Dance Team Tryout Scheduled

The Atlantic City CardSharks will hold tryouts for their dance team, The Diamonds, on Saturday, February 7th, 2004 at 9 a.m. The audition will take place at the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in the Imperial Ballroom on the 6th Floor.
Reporters are invited to photograph the session and interview our Dance Coach, Linda Suarez. A former 76er dancer, Linda brings years of showgirl dance and choreography experience to The Diamonds.
Women 18 years and older who are physically fit and have had dance training are invited to audition for The Diamonds. Dancers should come in full make-up and hair and bring dance sneakers, jazz pants, and halter tops. The registration fee is $30 and payable in cash.
The Atlantic City CardSharks will play Saturday evenings from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. Rehearsals will be one evening each week. Members of the Diamonds' dance team will be asked to make appearances and participate in team events before, during and after the season.
Debuting Spring 2004, The Atlantic City CardSharks is a new professional indoor football franchise that will play 14 regular season games from late March through early July with 7 at home in Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall. New Jersey's only professional football team, The Atlantic City CardSharks will be coached by Mike Siani, formerly a Wide Receiver with the Oakland Raiders and Baltimore Colts and member of the 1977 Super Bowl-winning Raiders.
