Brandon, MB. - As they hit the ice Friday night for their first of four Western Hockey League pre-season games, the Brandon Wheat Kings have announced that season ticket sales are closing in on the 2,300 mark.
The Wheat Kings, who host the Regina Pats in what is the opening game of a home and home weekend series, have sold 2,281 season ticket packages.
The WHL club sold over 2,500 season tickets during the 2017-18 campaign and averaged nearly 3,900 fans per home game.
2018-19 Wheat Kings Season Ticket Prices are now as follows:
Adult $475
Seniors $425
Youth (13-17) $325
Children $200
34-game Flex Packs $549
Not only are western Manitoba hockey fans taking advantage of one of the best priced tickets in the WHL, those fans that purchase at least two flex packs or adult season tickets will be offered a 50% discount on all children's season tickets ($99 plus GST).
As well, all season ticket holders will receive a VIP Rewards Card, which provides valuable discounts at various Brandon businesses.

Those fans that have already purchased are reminded that Season Ticket Pick-up Day is Friday, September 14th from 10am to 7pm in the South Keystone Centre Parking lot. Food and beverage from Montana's, The Chip Truck and Tim Hortons will be on hand for lunch and music will be provided by 94.7 Star FM.
The Wheat Kings, who travel to Regina on Saturday night, finished the 2017-18 season in fourth place in the Eastern Division with a record of 42-27-3-2.
