Wheeling Nailers News Release
WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, have announced an additional benefit for their season ticket holders. All 2015-16 full season ticket holders will receive a ticket to a Pittsburgh Penguins preseason game.
Earlier in the week, the Nailers and Penguins announced the extension of their affiliation agreement, which will enter its 17th consecutive season in the fall, marking the longest such active agreement between NHL and ECHL clubs. That successful relationship on the ice now directly involves the fans, as all Nailers full season ticket holders will receive a ticket to the Penguins preseason game on either September 22nd vs. Carolina or September 30th vs. Detroit.
In order to receive their ticket to the preseason game, season ticket holders must renew or place a deposit on new tickets by August 15th. Only full season ticket holders will be given this opportunity. Each season ticket holder will receive as many Penguins preseason tickets as they have seats on their account (4 Nailers season tickets = 4 Penguins preseason tickets). Season ticket holders may choose which of the two games they would like to attend, subject to availability. For more information or to reserve your tickets, call the Nailers office at 304-234-GOAL (4625).
The Wheeling Nailers will open the 2015-16 regular season with a two-game set in Norfolk on October 16th and 17th, before the home opener takes place on October 24th against Brampton at 7:35.
Wheeling Nailers 2015-16 season tickets and mini plans are on sale now. For more information, call 304-234-GOAL or visit wheelingnailers.com.
