Florida Seals News Release
While they're used to serving up goals and body checks, the Orlando Seals team captains will be serving up different dishes at the Sicilian Restaurant on Lee Road on Tuesday December 9th from 6-9 p.m.
Captain Brad Federenko and assistant captains Ryan Anderson and Mark White will be celebrity waiters that night at the Sicilian. The tips they collect on Si-SEAL-ian night will be donated to the American Diabetes Association. Because of the charitable donation, the celebrity tips will have to be cash or checks made out to the American Diabetes Association, and can't be added on to a credit card with the dinner bill.
"They have great food there, so it should be fun to be a waiter for a night," Anderson said. The Sicilian Restaurant is located at 820 Lee Road, just west of Interstate 4, next to the Comfort Inn.
The Seals host the Miami Manatees on Saturday at 7:35 p.m. It is a Family Four Pack night with a special offer of four tickets, four hot dogs, four soft drinks, and four Seals hats all for only $52.
Prior to Saturday's home game, the Seals travel to Miami on Wednesday for a 7:05 p.m. contest and visit the Macon Trax on Friday at 7:35 p.m.
All Seals games can be heard via the internet at www.IRN.FM. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets, and online at www.ticketmaster.com. For more information call the Seals at (407) 447-PUCK (7825).
