Holiday Events: The Orlando Seals play three games in three nights this week, hosting the Alabama Slammers Thursday at 7:05 p.m.; play at Macon against the Trax on Friday at 7:35 p.m.; and return home Saturday for their first game with the first place Jacksonville Barracudas at 7:35 p.m.
Get Real: Thursday night is the Seals first Real Radio Thirsty Thursday night. Drew Garabo of Real Radio 104.1 will be broadcasting his show live Thursday night from TD Waterhouse Centre during the Seals game.
Fur Will Fly: Saturday is Kraft Insurance Megaphone Night, with the first 1,500 fans receiving Seals Megaphones. It's also the Seals annual Teddy Bear Toss. Fans are asked to bring teddy bears to the game and toss them onto the ice after the Seals score their first goal of the game. The bears will be collected and donated to Toys for Tots.
Split Weekend: The Seals were involved in two one goal decisions last week, losing at Lakeland, 4-3 and then winning at Macon, 2-1.
He's A Winner: Jason Elders scored the game winning goal against Macon. It was his sixth goal of the season, and his team leading third game winning goal of the year.
Stephens Special: B.J. Stephens will be on hand at Hottie's Gourmet Donuts on Tuesday December 16th at 2: 30 p.m. to announce details of a major fundraising campaign between the Seals and a central Florida non-profit agency.
