Sea Wolves To Auction Opening Night Jerseys On October 27

BILOXI, MS - The Mississippi Sea Wolves on Thursday announced that the jerseys worn by the players will be auctioned off to the fans on Opening Night, October 27, immediately following the Sea Wolves game against the Reading Royals, which begins at 7:05 p.m.

Originally made by SP Apparel for the 2005-06 season, the jerseys were being delivered to the Sea Wolves' equipment room as Hurricane Katrina struck on August 29, 2005. The jerseys were returned to the ECHL office in Princeton, New Jersey, where they remained for two years until being shipped back to the team this past summer.

The red jerseys feature the Wolf's Head crest on the front, with the Mississippi Lighthouse logo on the left shoulder, and the original Sea Wolves 10th Anniversary logo on the left shoulder.

On Saturday, October 27th the Sea Wolves will celebrate their return to home ice and their 10th season in pursuit of the ECHL's Kelly Cup when they face the Reading Royals at 7:05 P.M. Fans are reminded to allow extra time to find parking at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum as there is ongoing construction at the complex.
