SD Chicken Is Returning to OSU's Goss Stadium on July 3rd

The Corvallis Knights are excited to share that we are celebrating our 13th year in Corvallis in grand fashion on Oregon State Credit Union Fireworks Night on July 3rd at OSU's Goss Stadium with a special appearance by The Famous SD Chicken. He's coming out of semi-retirement to celebrate 30 seasons of Knights Baseball and our great fans!

The Famous SD Chicken + Fireworks = Tickets will go fast!

We encourage you to reserve your seats now, as we'll announce this exciting addition to our entertainment schedule this Saturday at Goss Stadium, on our website and on Social Media.

For those not familiar with the best act in sports, please visit the SD Chicken website. The Chicken loves Corvallis. Come enjoy The Famous SD Chicken - an outrageous comic actor and mascot pioneer - for likely the last time! He's coming to CornValley on July 3rd.

This evening, the Corvallis Knights are ushering in the 2019 home season with their inaugural Nectar Creek Fan Faire, as the Knights & the Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire transform The Castle at Goss Stadium into the 13th century.

Come join us tonight to meet the team, enjoy the festivities and check out our concessions offerings. It all kicks-off at 5:30 pm.

And this Friday, June 14th, we start the WCL home season at OSU's Goss Stadium with a bang on Samaritan Health Services Opening Fireworks Night vs. the Cowlitz Black Bears. First pitch is 7:15 pm. Come root on the hometown team and enjoy a spectacular fireworks display after the game. Seats are going fast. For more information on tickets, click here.

On Saturday night, it's Big League Chew Youth Sports Night presented by Papé. The first 250 fans through the gates receive a pouch of Big League Chew and sheet of Knights' trading cards. Kids 18 & under wearing their youth team jersey can get a FREE GA ticket, compliments of Papé, at the box office Saturday night. First pitch is 6:30 pm.

Also on Saturday, June 16, we welcome our Oregon State Beavers: returnee outfielder Elliot Willy, infielders Jake Harvey & Matthew Gretler and pitcher Andrew Walling.

We hope to see you at a game soon. The Knights are at home June 14-16 and June 18-21.

Corvallis is currently 6-4 overall and 2-4 in West Coast League play.
