Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that their mascot "Screech" will take part in the 2nd Annual Southwick BBQ Challenge on Sunday, July 12 starting at 12-noon at the Southwick Recreation Center located on Powder Mill Road.

The Falcons will team up with the Cow Pucks BBQ Team, a group consisting of Westfield Youth Hockey coaches and their families.
