- ONE LAST STAND
The New York Cosmos have a chance to clinch a Soccer Bowl berth this Saturday at Toyota Field by beating the Scorpions. San Antonio will look to play spoiler and give the Cosmos a battle in front of their home fans for the last time in 2013.
- DEFENSIVE RESURRECTION
After allowing 15 goals overall in their first five Fall Season matches, the Scorpions have allowed only five goals in their last seven matches. Over those seven games, the Scorpions are 3-3-1 (W-L-D), compared to 0-5-0 in their first five games.
- IRON MAN
With two matches remaining in 2013, defender Luka Vucko has played every minute of NASL action this season. The Croatian has amassed 2,160 minutes played in 24 starts and would be the only NASL player to play in every second of NASL matches in 2013.
