Edmonton, AB-The Edmonton Cracker-Cats fell 10-7 to the visiting Yuma Scorpions tonight in front of 467 fans at Telus Field.
The âCats got off to a strong start, generating 3 runs in the bottom of the first inning including a two run shot from third basemen Jose Morban.
Ricardo Rodriguez opened the game for the âCats and went 6.2 innings. Rodriguez had four strikeouts, and zero walks.
Jose Perez got the start for Yuma. He pitched six innings, giving up 7 hits, and 6 runs, 3 of them unearned.
The Cracker-Cats record now falls to 25-24 on the season.
