Flyers Drop One at Blair

Orange County Flyers News Release
The Long Beach Armada kickstarted their second half with an 8-4 win over the Orange County Flyers at Blair Field.
Jonathan Figueroa won his third straight start by pitching six strong innings for the Armada. He struck out eight batters in the winning effort.
Dave Bacani led the Flyers offense with a triple and a double, but the Flyers were unable to come back after falling behind 6-3 in the 4th inning. It was a Dan Trumble three-run homerun that provide the go-ahead margin.
The Flyers, champions of the first half, will host the Armada on Fred Willard Night Saturday at Goodwin Field.
