FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons have promoted Greg Schuh to President of the organization and are also pleased to announce the additions of Gerald Huaracha and Malachy Mitchell to the front office as Account Executives.

Originally named Senior Vice President in January of 2003, Schuh's new title reflects the Falcons' successful bid to host the 2006 Bud Light ECHL All-Star Game and Skills Competition, as well as his leadership role during the team's transition to Save Mart Center and the ECHL prior to the 2003-04 season. In addition to managing the All-Star festivities, he will continue to oversee the daily business operations of the club. Before arriving in Fresno, Schuh spent four and a half years with the Topeka Scarecrows of the Central Hockey League and later the United States Hockey League.

Huaracha comes aboard as an account executive with a focus on Hispanic initiatives. He will concentrate on ticket, group and corporate sponsorship sales, as well as increasing awareness of Falcons professional hockey throughout the Central Valley Hispanic Community. Huaracha grew up in Dos Palos before receiving a bachelor's of science degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in sports management and a minor in business from San Jose State. Prior to joining the Falcons, he worked for the Oakland Raiders as an intern for the Hispanic Initiatives Department.

Mitchell's main duties with the Falcons also include ticket, group and corporate sponsorship sales. The Philadelphia-area native previously worked with the Philadelphia 76ers as an account executive and is a graduate of Neumann College, where he was a four-year letter winner in lacrosse. He then completed his master's degree in business administration at Wagner College in Staten Island, N.Y., while serving as a graduate assistant in the school's athletic department.

Falcons season tickets are currently available for the 2005-06 ECHL campaign, beginning with the club's season opener on Oct. 21 against the Victoria Salmon Kings at Save Mart Center. Both full season packages (36 games) and 24-game packages include seats to the 2006 Bud Light ECHL All-Star Game and Skills Competition to be held at Save Mart Center on Jan. 24 and 25.
