Saturday's Game Cancelled
Published on September 6, 2008 under New York-Penn League (NYPL)
Brooklyn Cyclones News Release
Saturday's game against Aberdeen has been postponed due to expected severe weather and heavy rains, as Tropical Storm Hanna tracks north. The game will NOT be made up. The Cyclones were eliminated from the NYPL Playoff race on Friday night, and Saturday's rainout ends Brooklyn's 2008 season.
Fans with tickets to Saturday's game will have the opportunity to redeem them for any 2009 regular-season Cyclones home game, based on availability. The 2009 schedule will be posted in the coming months.
