MOBILE, Ala. - On Saturday night, the BayBears are back at Hank Aaron Stadium to host game three of the South Division Championship Series against the Birmingham Barons at 7:05.
There will be a special playoffs fireworks show after the ballgame on Saturday in connection with a 9/11 tribute as the BayBears pay homage to the victims of September 11, 2001 on the eve of the tragedy's 10th anniversary.
Sunday, if necessary, will be game four of the South Division Championship Series with a special daytime start of 2:05 as 2011 first-round draft choice Trevor Bauer will be on the hill for the BayBears. It is a Family Day at "The Hank" as kids can play catch on the field before the ballgame and run the bases after.
The South Division Championship Series will wrap up on Monday, if necessary, with the fifth and final game at 7:05. The winner of that contest will advance to the Southern League Championship Series as the BayBears search for their first league title since 2004.
Right-hander Jarrod Parker (11-8) starts for the BayBears in game two of the best-of-five series on Friday night at 7:05 against lefty Hector Santiago (7-5). The broadcast will be available, starting at 6:35 with the BayBears Pepsi Pregame Show, on www.baybearsradio.com, ESPN Radio HD 107.3 FM HD-2 and Comcast Cable Channel 45.
