San Jose Stealth Announce Regular Season Schedule

San Jose Stealth News Release
SAN JOSE - The San Jose Stealth 2004-05 National Lacrosse League regular season schedule was released today, including eight dates at HP Pavilion at San Jose.
Jim Moss, Cam Woods and the rest of the Stealth will play their first regular season game, Friday, Jan. 7, on the road against Tracey Kelusky and the defending NLL champion, Calgary Roughnecks at the Penngrowth Saddledome. The very next night, the Stealth will play host to the Vancouver Ravens for their home opener at HP Pavilion.
The home schedule features all weekend contests (2 Friday, 6 Saturday, 0 Sunday), each with a 7:30 p.m. PST start time. The Stealth will play against members of the six-team Western Division (Anaheim-2, Arizona-3, Calgary-3, Colorado-3, Vancouver-2) in addition to playing three games against Eastern Division teams (Philadelphia, Rochester and Buffalo). The team will have one lengthy series of road games in their second season of play which extends from Feb. 24-Mar. 11 (3 games).
The road schedule also features mostly weekend games (1 Thursday, 3 Friday, 4 Saturday).
The NLL's regular season schedule consists of 88 games to be played over sixteen weekends. The regular season begins on January 1 and concludes on April 17, with the Champion's Cup Playoffs to follow. The 2005 NLL All-Star Game will be played in Calgary on Sunday, February 27.
