San Diego Sol Vies for Final 4 this Saturday

The San Diego Sol men's professional basketball team will play Saturday in the Elite Eight of the American Basketball Association (ABA) playoffs on Saturday, March 24 at 7:00 p.m. inside of the SportCenter at Alliant University in San Diego.
The Sol, ranked #3 in the nation, will face the Bay Area Matrix, a strong team that is based in the San Francisco area. The winner of Saturday's game will advance to the Final Four of the ABA Championship Series scheduled for St. Petersburg, Florida, April 12 - 15.
"This is the first time that San Diego has hosted an Elite Eight ABA regional playoff," reports Tony Allen-Cooksey, Co-Owner of the Sol. "We've hosted the division championship round for the past two years. This is the next step in our goal of bringing high-level professional basketball to San Diego."
Last weekend's divisional playoffs featured four ABA teams and concluded with an exciting overtime win for the Sol.
