STALLIONS at IRON
The Salt Lake Stallions (0-1) will travel east in Week 2 to take on the Eastern Conference opponent Birmingham Iron (1-0). After falling short to the Arizona Hotshots in Week 1, the Stallions head to Legion Field to face an Iron defensive unit that shutout the Memphis Express from the end zone. NFL veterans RB Matt Asiata and RB Trent Richardson will square off in a ground-and-pound showdown to kick off Week 2 of the inaugural season of the Alliance.
Marvin Lewis and Maurice Jones-Drew return inside the booth to call the matchup alongside Brian Anderson for TNT.
Kickoff is set take place at 1:00 p.m. at Legion Field Stadium in Birmingham, Ala.
