
Orlando Apollos LB Terence Garvin Named Alliance Defensive Player of the Week

Orlando Apollos LB Terence Garvin has been named the Defensive Player of the Week in for Week 1 in The Alliance of American Football.
Garvin led The Apollos to a 40-6 victory with a team-high 11 tackles and two interceptions -- including a 51-yard interception return-touchdown. Garvin's pick-six was the first defensive touchdown in league history.
Arizona Hotshots QB John Wolford was named Offensive Player of the Week, and Birmingham Iron kicker Nick Novak was named Special Teams Player of the Week.
