2019 SALT LAKE STALLIONS QUOTES

Stallions quarterback Josh Woodrum spoke about the opening of training camp following today's practice:

- On his expectations of the offense:

"We have a lot of really good players from an offensive perspective. We have a lot of talent on that end. I am really excited about the group. I think we have a really good offense. A really great (offensive) line. A bunch of good skilled positions, so I think we are going to be pretty tough to stop. Moving forward, we just have to keep building everyday."

- On his personal expectations and mindset heading into training camp:

"My expectations personally is to be the starter and win every game this year. I don't think that you can look at it any other way. If you come in with just the expectations to be the backup, I think you are going to end up falling short of working as hard as you need to or harder than you need to."

- On what he has learned from the offensive coaching staff:

"We have a great coaching staff. (Offensive Coordinator) Tim (Lappano) and (Head Coach Dennis) Erickson are going to put us in positions to be successful and they will use our skill sets and our strongest traits to the best advantage possible. I am really excited and I think it's going to be a great season."
