Celebrity Announcers at Capitals Matches!
Long time radio and TV favorites Paul Robbins and Phil Cowan reunite on the stadium court as on-court announcers on July 13 and 27th. Sacramento Kings broadcast team analyst Jerry Reynolds brings his unique brand of humor on July 22, 24, 27 and 28th! Don't miss out on their hilarious tennis banter as they add their commentary at home matches.
Happy Hour in the Blue Moon Village
Happy Hour will be at each home match from 6 - 7 PM in the Blue Moon Village with $3.00 16 oz Blue Moon and Coors Light beer as well as $5.00 premium wine selections.
All home matches start at 7:30 PM . Gates open at 6 PM
Capitals players shine at Wimbledon
Sam Querrey defeated #17 seed Milos Raonic in the second round at Wimbledon. Sam lost to Marin Cilic in an epic third round match that was the second longest match in Wimbledon history. Sam is climbing back up in the ranks after recovering from elbow surgery and feels that he is back to playing top 20 tennis. Mardy Fish made it to the fourth round in his return to the grass courts.

Are you on a high school tennis team? Want to play like a pro on center court ? The top two high school teams that sell the most general admission tickets for the opening night match July 12th get to play a WTT format match on the Capitals stadium court Saturday, July 14th from 3 - 6 PM. General admission tickets to be sold by high school tennis team members are $20.00 each (regular price $25.00) and include a coupon for a TCBY frozen yogurt or Pretzelmaker pretzel.
