
Sacramento Capitals Add Up-and-Coming young American Ryan Sweeting to 2012 Roster

Sweeting captured his first ATP title in Houston earlier this year, and is currently ranked No. 134 in singles. "Adding Ryan to our roster gives us a burst of energy to start off the season," said Ramey Osborne, Capitals Managing General Partner.
Ryan will make his World TeamTennis debut with the Capitals on the road, July 9 playing against the Boston Lobsters and on July 10 against the Philadelphia Freedoms. On July 14, Ryan will be in Southern California to play against the Orange County Breakers.
Born in the Bahamas, Sweeting, became a US citizen in 2006, commented that "he can't wait to team up with one of the best coaches in the game, Wayne Bryan, and my Bahamian compatriot, Mark Knowles. It is an honor to play for Sacramento and here's hoping for a great summer".

Sacramento Capitals Women Win Doubles Title at Gold River Challenger!
Yasmin Schnack and Asia Muhammad won the Gold River Challenger doubles trophy on June 3, 2012 in their first doubles pairing.
Coco Vandeweghe reached the semi-finals of the $75,000 Nottingham Challenger, Great Britain defeating Su-Wei Hsieh.

All home matches start at 7:30 PM.
