
SaberCats Sign Balboa High School Product QB Bethel-Thompson; DL Moss

SAN JOSE - The SaberCats today announced the signings of QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson and DL Matt Moss.
QB MCLEOD BETHEL-THOMPSON
Bethel-Thompson (6-4, 230) played three seasons at Sacramento State after transferring from UCLA. In 24 career games, he totaled 1,615 passing yards and eight touchdowns.
A native of San Francisco, CA, Bethel-Thompson attended Balboa (CA) High School where he lettered three seasons (2003-05). Bethel-Thompson earned first-team all-city, player of the year and all-metro, after throwing for 2,100 yards and 22 touchdowns.
DL MATT MOSS
Moss (6-3, 260) played two seasons for Texas A&M after transferring from Grossmont Community College. In 23 games (12 starts) for the Aggies, he accumulated 39 tackles, two sacks, one forced fumble and one interception.
A native of El Cajon, CA, Moss attended West Hills (CA) High School.
