Rush set to battle Roughnecks Saturday

EDMONTON, ALBERTA - Offensive player Randy Daly has been activated from the injury reserve list today and is ready to net some goals against the Rush's provincial NLL lacrosse rivals, the Calgary Roughnecks on Saturday, January 21 at 7:30 p.m. at Rexall Place.
Daly spent the last NLL season with the Colorado Mammoth, appearing in two games and scoring two goals and one assist for three points and collecting three loose balls. He also had one assist in one playoff game. In his rookie NLL campaign, Randy played in 10 games for the Vancouver Ravens scoring 9-19-28 while collecting 33 loose balls and four penalty minutes. During the summer season, Randy was a first team all-star in the WLA with the Langley Thunder.
"Daly adds speed and NLL experience to our offense and is a creative scoring threat in the line-up." states GM/Head Coach Paul Day.
With Daly being activated, the Rush were forced to release one player from their active roster. The Rush have released right hand offensive player Shane Pederson from the active roster and placed him on the practice roster. Pederson's move to the practice roster results in the release of local product player Stephen Skoreyko from the practice roster.
