Chicago Rush News Release
June 19, 2007 - Playoff tickets for the defending ArenaBowl champion Chicago Rush will go on sale at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, June 20.
The Rush (11-4) - which has qualified for the postseason in each of its seven years - will host either a first-round playoff game on Monday, July 2, or an AFL quarterfinal game on Monday, July 9, depending upon the outcome of Saturday's regular season finale against Kansas City.
The playoff game will be the first home playoff game for the team since the 2004 season.
Fans wishing to purchase tickets to see "Rush Playoff Game 1" may order tomorrow by calling Ticketmaster at (312) 559-1212 or visiting the Ticketmaster Web site at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets also will be available at the Allstate Arena box office beginning at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Ticket prices for playoff tickets remain unchanged from the regular season
If Chicago beats Kansas City, it wins the Central Division title and earns a first round bye in the playoffs. The Rush then would host the quarterfinal game on July 9. However, if the Rush falls to Kansas City, Chicago would drop to the conference's third seed and host an opening round game on July 2.
