Rush announces tryouts for 2007 SoBe Adrenaline Rush Dancers

The 2006 ArenaBowl champion Chicago Rush announced today it will host tryouts for its 2007 SoBe Adrenaline Rush Dancers, beginning with an opening round at 9 a.m. Sunday, October 15, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont.
After the opening round, up to 50 dancers will be selected to move on to the audition finals, where the group will be narrowed to 18. The finals, which will be held in front of a group of celebrity judges and a live audience, will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 21, at Excalibur nightclub in Chicago.
Fans are encouraged to attend the finals at Excalibur and cheer for their favorite dancer. Excalibur is located at 632 N. Dearborn Street in Chicago. Admission is free and doors will open at 1:30 p.m. Admission to Excalibur is limited to those 21 and over or accompanied by parent, ID required.
Once chosen, the dance squad will perform at all Rush 2007 home games as well as make appearances at Chicagoland events.
Dancers wishing to audition must be at least 18 years old by October 15. Dance ability is essential, and high school or college dance or cheerleading experience is helpful. Selections to the group are made based on dance ability, appearance and personality.
Dancers wishing to be considered for tryouts should complete and mail a "SoBe Adrenaline Rush Dancers" application along with a recent photograph and a $20 non-refundable application fee payable to Wynning Teams to:
