Roy Gayle Night Scheduled for Friday, July 6

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford Thunder of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) announced today that it would hold a second Roy Gayle night this season, with the second scheduled for Friday night July 6 when the Thunder take on the Chicago Bandits.
With the special night for Roy Gayle all teams in the organization, baseball or softball, will receive group bleacher tickets for $5 each when purchased in advance. This rate is also good for friends and families of the team. General admission tickets will be discounted to the standard $4 rate.
Tickets must be purchased in advance by calling the Thunder office at (815) 965-7000 or by sending in the group order form. Order forms can also be obtained from Amy Leaich with Roy Gayle.
Tickets can also be purchased on-site at the game, but only youth wearing their team jersey will receive the discounted rate of $5. Friends and families will pay the full price of $8 per ticket.
"This is a nice opportunity to reach out to a great youth organization in the area," stated Aaron M. Moore. "The kids at Roy Gayle have people they can look up to, so it's nice to provide them with the discounted ticket price."
In addition to receiving the special discount on tickets, members of the Roy Gayle group will participate in the different in-game promotions.
