
Rowley Breaks af2 Single Season Passing Record

North Little Rock, AR 7/30/09 - Going into the final regular season game against Bossier/Shreveport, Arkansas Twister Quarterback Kyle Rowley only needed 282 passing yards to break the AF2 record for passing yards in a single season. Rowley ended the final regular season game with 29 completions and 295 yards. Rowley has faced many challenges this season, losing the top receiver to the NFL and injuries at the wide receiver position to name a few, but he continued to put up big numbers and breaking the record by 13 yards.
The Twisters are in Boise to take on the Boise Burn in the first round of the National Conference playoffs of the AF2. The game can be seen at Fox & Hound in North Little Rock, the official playoff headquarters for the Arkansas Twisters, or www.arkansastwisters.com.
