June 25, 2008 - Central Hockey League (CHL)
New Mexico Scorpions News Release
RIO RANCHO, N.M.]-Scorpions head coach Randy Murphy continues to re-sign familiar faces as defenseman Dylan Row has come to term with New Mexico's professional hockey team. Row came to the Scorps in February after spending the majority of his pro career in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL).
Row, 25, played in 23 games for New Mexico scoring four points and finished with a +3 plus/minus rating. The Brown graduate impressed Murphy from game to game with his constant improvement.
"Dylan impressed me with the way he improved his game from when he arrived here until the end of the season," said Murphy. "We are looking for him to build on his finish from last season and he told me how excited he is to have the opportunity to come back and play here in New Mexico."
Prior to coming to the Scorpions, Row had played for Twin City and Fayetteville in the SPHL along with Port Huron in the former UHL. The Brown University graduate has played in 93 professional games and has scored 48 points (18G, 30A).
