Plainview â New York the Rough Riders 2005 Solidarity Night (Friday 15th April) proved to be a huge hit with the fans. With over 200 people in attendance the atmosphere was electric at the Mitchel Field Indoor facility in Uniondale.
Always looking to please the supporters a full buffet and giveaways were at hand. The Pro Team was introduced and fans had the privilege of listening to Alfonso Mondello former Rough Riders Head Coach and MLS Technical Director.
All in all the night proved to be a resounding success. Jim Kilmeade general manager of the Rough Riders commented, âIt is very gratifying to see all these people in attendance. It is a great chance for the team and organization to bond with the fans and show them just how much we appreciate their support.
