Rough Riders at MetroStars game postponed

Long Island Rough Riders News Release
Plainview, New York â (Wednesday March 23 rd â 2005) - The Rough Riders scheduled clash against the MetroStars on April the 9th has been postponed. The delay is related to the adverse conditions this winter in the Mitchel Field area which in turn has had an affect on the availability of the field.
Both clubs are disappointed that the much anticipated clash cannot go ahead but are working hard to reschedule the fixture for the near future.
The Rough Riders home opener in the USL is on the 30th April against New Hampshire Phantoms at Mitchel Field.
