Ottawa Fury FC News Release

OTTAWA, ON - Ottawa Fury FC goalkeeper Romuald Peiser was named to the NASL Team of the Week, the NASL announced Wednesday, for his outstanding performance in the club's 0-0 draw in San Antonio Saturday night.

The French veteran made three crucial saves helping Fury FC collect their eleventh point of the season. Peiser's timely saves and leadership are a trademark of his play and a big reason for the keeper's recent NASL record breaking 526 minutes without conceding a goal, making it five straight shutouts for Peiser.

Romuald Peiser collected his fifth straight shutout and sixth of the Spring Season on Saturday in San Antonio. Peiser leads the NASL in shutouts and holds the best goals against at 0.80.
