September 24, 2013 - West Coast League (WCL)
Medford Rogues News Release

MEDFORD, OR - The Medford Rogues today announced the commitment of six players to the 2014 roster, including the return of 2013 Rogue pitcher John Forsythe. Also added to the roster are three players from the University of New Mexico: shortstop Jared Holley, first baseman/catcher Chris DeVito and infielder Andre Vigil. Catcher Kameron Kaufman (Phoenix High School and Oregon Tech) and left-handed pitcher John Oberholtzer (San Jose State) have also joined the 2014 squad.

"Getting John back is a great help, he really surprised us last season and we look forward to more next summer," Rogues General Manager Chuck Heeman said. "Establishing a relationship with a top-flight program like New Mexico is huge for us. Jared will be a great top of the order guy while Chris will supply power at first base. Andre Vigil is a special player and a special person and I know our fans will be excited to learn more about him, his story and his successes both on and off the field. We're fortunate to have added five players from major D-1 schools who will contribute to their teams and ours. Kameron had a great year at Southwestern Oregon JC last year and we look forward to being a part of his career growth next summer."
