Rock Players Grow It out for a Good Cause

Toronto Rock News Release
Toronto - The Toronto Rock will join others across the country and around the globe with their face grown and hand brushed moustaches. During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men's faces. With their "Mo's", these men raise vital funds and awareness for men's health, specifically prostate cancer.
The Rock team is led by Movember Captain Josh Sanderson along with teammates Kasey Beirnes, Stephen Hoar, Glen Bryan and Matt Roik. Some members of the Rock staff are also getting involved and fans are invited to donate and support their favourite Toronto Rock player or join the team and grow a "Mo" of their own.
On Movember 1st, Rock players will begin the month with a clean-shaven face. For the rest of the month, these selfless and generous men, known as Mo Bros, groom, trim and wax their way into the annals of fine moustachery.
Mo Bros effectively become walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of November. Through their actions and words, they raise awareness by prompting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men's health.
