Tonight's Match: The Rochester Rhinos travel to take on D.C. United in the third round of U.S. Open Cup play. Rochester advanced to the third round with wins over RWB Adria (USASA, 2-1 ot) and Pittsburgh (USL-2, 3-0) in the rounds one and two respectively. For United this will be their first match of the 2008 tournament.

D.C. United: Currently the club is in third place in Major League Soccer's Eastern Conference with a 7-7-2 record and 22 points. Luciano Emilio ranks second among all MLS goal scorers with 10 tallies. Jaime Moreno is the tied for the league lead with seven assists in 2008.

Last Time Out: Rochester lost in USL league play on Saturday by a 3-1 score to the Charleston Battery. The loss drops Rochester to 2-5-5 in 2008.

Notes: - Rochester and D.C. United have met two previous times in U.S. Open Cup play. The first match came on the 1996 tournament finals with United claiming a 3-0 win at home. The second match came in 2000 as the defending cup champion Rhinos lost by a 3-0 count in the nation's capital. - D.C. United ranks second in the MLS in both goalsscored (28) and goals allowed (26) - Luciano Emilio is tied with the L.A. Galaxy's Edson Buddle for the longest active goal scoring streak (six games) in the MLS. - Tonight will mark the first time the Rochester has played a U.S. Open Cup match on the road since July 20, 2004 when they tied they advanced 1-1 (3-1 pk's) over the New England Revolution at Lusitano Stadium in Ludlow, Mass. It ends an stretch of 11 consecutive home tournament matches. - Rochester enters tonight 21-9-3 all-time in U.S. Open Cup play, including 7-7-3 against Major League Soccer teams. - Rochester's Steve Guppy, played with D.C. United during the 2005-2006 seasons. He is ineligible to play in Tuesday's match due to a red card against Pittsburgh in Rochester second round match against Pittsburgh.

What's Next: Rochester will return home to PAETEC Park to face the Vancouver Whitecaps on Saturday, July 5. Kick-off is scheduled for 7:35 p.m.
