Rochester Raiders Sign Kwynn Walton and 15 Returning Players to 2007 Roster

Rochester, NY -Rochester Raiders owner Dave McCarthy announced today the signing of All-American Kwynn Walton and fifteen returning players. The team will see more player signings from both veterans of the 2006 inaugural team and tryouts in the coming weeks.
Kwynn Walton an alum of Aquinas Institute, where he led the 2001 team to a State Championship rushing for 2,111 yards. Walton went on to James Madison College where he achieved all Atlantic 10 honors at linebacker.
Players returning to the Raiders field include Jim Baker, Omar Baker, James Brown, Jason Coley, Mike Condello, Reggie Cox, Gerald Diaz, Noah Fehrenbach, Steve Fleming, Jermaine Goode, Maurice Jackson, Eric Jendryaszek, Jeff Richardson, Darius Smith and Mark Tisdale.
"I fully expect Kwynn Walton to be an impact player right away," says McCarthy "and one of the premier players of the league in the 2007season".
