
Robertson, defense, lead Frost Heaves past Quebec

Quebec City, Quebec, Canada-B.J. Robertson scored 17 points to lead the Vermont Frost Heaves to their 20th victory of the season, a 94-74 defeat of the Quebec Kebekwa at the Pavillion de la Jeunesse on Sunday afternoon.
Vermont, now 20-3 and the top-rated team in the ABA Power Rankings, nursed a 45-40 lead at the half before breaking the game open in the third quarter. Terrance Green scored 16 points and Antonio Burks added 10 for the visitors, who spread the scoring load among 10 players.
Chad Bell's 16 points led the Kebs, who dropped to 9-12.
The Frost Heaves head to Madison, N.J., to take on the Jersey Express on Thursday, Jan. 24, before returning home for a 7:05 p.m. date with the Montreal Royal on Thursday, Jan. 31, at Burlington's Memorial Auditorium. WCAX TV personality Tim Kavanagh will serve as the Northfield Savings Bank Community All-Star as he joins the Frost Heaves in a salute to Vermont's Special Olympians.
