March 11, 2007 - The Pittsburgh RiverRats of the American Indoor Football Association were proud to lend a hand to the fundraising efforts of the Myasthenia Gravis Association at their annual All-Star Sports Memorabilia Auction.

The Auction which was held at "The Clubhouse" restaurant featured an auction, grab bags, and raffles of collectable sports memorabilia.

Pittsburgh RiverRats standout David Dinkins and Head Coach Shawn Liotta were on hand to sign autographs for those in attendance along with former Pittsburgh Pirate great Frank Thomas.

The Myasthenia Gravis Association of Western PA (MGA) was created in 1955 and throughout the years, has worked to improve the quality of life for those with myasthenia gravis. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder that can affect a variety of muscles in a person's body.

The Pittsburgh RiverRats were pleased to lend a hand to this organization. The RiverRats will be at home on Friday March 30th vs. the Johnstown Riverhawks at 7:00pm.
