Erie Explosion News Release
ERIE, PA - (3/3/09) The Erie RiverRats are proud to announce their partnership with Snap Fitness. Snap Fitness has 5 area locations including, Erie, Edinboro, North East, Fairview, and Conneaut. Snap Fitness is a 24 hour fitness club providing a convenient way for RiverRat players and the ErieSistables Dance Team to include daily workout routines into their busy schedules. "It is extremely important that our players work on strength training and for the ErieSistables to work on conditioning and staying fit," commented team vice president Brenda Moran.
Local businessman and owner of four Snap Fitness locations Robert Miller added, "We're an alternative to the full-service clubs. We offer the same state-of-the-art exercise equipment, but we are able to keep our membership costs low by eliminating services that a lot of on-the-go fitness club members may not need."
The Erie RiverRats' season begins March 15th on the road in Baltimore. The team then returns for a home opener scheduled for March 28th at 7 p.m. at the Tullio Arena versus the DC Armor. Come join the RiverRats of the American Indoor Football Association in their campaign for an Erie championship in 2009.
