RiverHawks Soar into 2004 Against Two-Time Defending League Champs

Greenville, SC- The new National Indoor Football League (NIFL) franchise, Greenville RiverHawks, announced the team’s 2004 regular season schedule today.

The RiverHawks will open the season against the 2003 NIFL Champion Ohio Valley Greyhounds on Tuesday, March 23 at the BI-LO Center in downtown Greenville. The following week, the RiverHawks will visit the instate rival Myrtle Beach Stingrays.

The RiverHawks will play 14 regular season games in the Eastern Division of the National Indoor Football League’s Atlantic Conference. In addition to Greenville and Ohio Valley, the Eastern Division includes the Staten Island Extreme, Myrtle Beach Stingrays, and Atlantic City Card Sharks. Season tickets for the RiverHawks seven regular season home games are currently on sale. Season tickets prices are: Lower Bowl Sideline $160, Lower Bowl endzone $90, and Lower Bowl corner sections $70.
