The Tip Off

The West Division Regular Season Champion Quad City Riverhawks wrap up the regular season at home against the Jacksonville Slam and on the road at Chicago.

Anderson Lights Up Fury

Moline, IL- A new home court did not seem to bother Bobby Anderson as he poured in 34 points including 6-8 shooting from behind the three point arc in a Riverhawks win over the Rockford Fury 124-104 last Friday night. The game was close after the first quarter with the Fury trailing 32-31. QC outscored the visitors 48-32 in the middle two periods before a furious fourth quarter where 86 points were put on the board between the two teams.

In addition to leading the team in scoring, Anderson grabbed 20 rebounds to record another double-double. Quinnel Brown scored 19 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter while Lonnie Anderson continues to contribute with 10 assists. The Riverhawks swept the season series from the Fury four games to none.

That's A Wrap

Moline, IL- The 2008 Regular season comes to an end this weekend. First up for the Riverhawks are the Jacksonville Slam. This will be the first meeting between the two teams this year. Jacksonville is 7-9 and in fourth place in the East Division. Tipoff is set for 7:00 PM at Black Hawk College.

Quad City wraps up the regular season in Chicago against the throwbacks. The 'Hawks are looking to run their wining streak over Chicago to four games. These two teams last met February 23rd with QC gaining a 113-96 victory. Quinnel Brown led the way for the

The Quad City Riverhawks are offering fans two opportunities to have dinner with the team. The Riverhawks will be holding team meals on Tuesday March 18th and Monday, March 24th at Bishop's Buffet in the South Park Mall, Moline. The team will be eating from 5:30- 6:30 PM.

Playoff Tickets on Sale

Riverhawks Change Venues

Quad City Riverhawks General Manager Eric Hutchins announced earlier this week that all games for the remained of the 2008 season will be played at Black Hawk College. The

Roster Change

Riverhawks Guard Kevin Riley will now wear number 7. He had previously worn number 11. An updated roster is on page 3.
