After a long two road game series, the Riptide finally return to San Diego for two consecutive home games. Be there to welcome your team home at the Season Ticket Holder party this SUNDAY at 3:30PM at the Charcoal House in La Mesa. Get to know the newest faces of the Riptide including starting quarterback, Anthony Buich, and last week's Ironman of the game WR/DB Anthony Griffin. Hang out with Riptide veterans Quincy LeJay, Ryan Smith, and "the Hitman" Rico Curtis. Meet the coaching staff which includes Head Coach Sean Ponder, AFL veteran and record holder Steve Papin, and former San Diego Charger Ed Flanagan. And last but not least, the hottest dance team in the af2, the San Diego Heatwave!
Directions to Charcoal House: Coming from Mission Beach/Western San Diego:Take the I-8 EAST and exit SEVERIN DRIVE and turn LEFT. Turn RIGHT onto MURRAY DRIVE and the CHARCOAL HOUSE will be on your left side. Coming from North County:Take the 15-SOUTH and merge onto I-8 EAST. Exit SEVERIN DRIVE and turn LEFT. Turn RIGHT onto MURRAY DRIVE and the CHARCOAL HOUSE will be on your left side Coming from the South Bay:Take the 805-NORTH and merge onto I-8 EAST. Exit SEVERIN DRIVE and turn LEFT. Turn RIGHT onto MURRAY DRIVE and the CHARCOAL HOUSE will be on your left sideComing from East County:Take I-8 WEST and exit SEVERIN DRIVE and turn RIGHT.
